By combining our Property Finance team with our Development and Construction team, we are able to offer a bespoke facility for lenders involved in providing finance to commercial developers.

We provide expert evidence to ensure that lenders obtain sufficient security in any project, including due diligence in relation to the land transaction, obtaining appropriate security in respect of the construction elements of the development (including collateral warranties) and all necessary company law issues concerning the borrower.

Our broad experience with a large number of national institutional lenders, coupled with our detailed regional knowledge ensures that we are ideally placed to give cost effective yet comprehensive advice.
