As rare as it is amongst solicitors, EMW Picton Howell can lay genuine claim to the name “dealmaker”. The firm established its early reputation in, and has subsequently spent 15 years focussing on, buy-out activity. This has left it with a sizeable and maturing base of private equity backed clients from which to source its own deals and establish reciprocal referral relationships.
